You can find, in our Information and Support Center website called howto.xandmail.com, Documentation, providing descriptions of the XandMail products, their configuration, capabilities, adaptability to the customer needs, ... As the products always evolve, so should their documentation, and we keep updating and enhancing it regularly, following the products' evolutions.

In the same location, you can ask questions and receive answers, as well as report eventual problems or enhancement requests, through the Support Center. Each new request will be automatically assigned a support ticket number which can be used to keep track of its (initially open) status until closed. You can also upload files to illustrate or complement the description of your ticket, such as screen shots or configuration files. The authorized upload file size is limited to 50 000 bytes, but bigger files can be sent to with the Ticket ID indicated in the message subject to connect it to the correct ticket.

The Frequently Asked Questions section of the Information and Support Center will create a link between the Support Center and the Documentation, as the support team will convert interesting or recurring questions (and their answers) into FAQ entries.

Finally, a Keyword Search is available to let you rapidly find any documentation or FAQ article mentioning the selected keyword.
