Our Docs Space soluton lets you manage Office, image, sound, video files... The online storage is done by uploading files from the computer to the Docs Space or by saving the attached files of a received message. Thus, always available, these files can be accessed or sent by email directly from this space.
Organized his tasks and share them with colleagues or friends
This module allows to manage efficiency and simply his different tasks. Always available from the left menu, tasks can be added at any moment and organized in one or several tasks list.
Start date and due date, a status allow to follow up them easily.
These tasks lists can also be shared with other persons like any other module with different rights for each shared task list.
