Our Calendar Solution lets the user manage his appointments in a friendly way. Whatever the device used, PC or mobile, the view of appointments is possible thanks to the different available interfaces (Ajax, HTML and xHTML).

The Ajax interfaces brings a very nice user experience thanks to :

• the Drag & Drop features : letting the user create and shift events inside the calendar.
• the contextual menus : giving access with a single click to an event's available actions.
• the possibility to open different tabs : allowing for a dynamic management where you can rapidly switch from one event to another.

• The daily, weekly or monthly calendar views
• The management of all event types: appointment of a few hours, day event, event spanning several consecutive days
• The management of events repeated over time
• The ability to send invitations to a meeting
• The adjustment of the agenda's display by setting the day's start time and the week's first day.

Mobile interfaces access all existing features that are used in mobility. An integrated rendering engine automatically adjusts the display according to the mobile phone's characteristics.

Finally, thanks to the synchronization module, the user can synchronize his events with those on his mobile phone or the Outlook email client.
