Our Docs Space solution allows managing Office documents, images, sounds, videos files in a friendly way. Whatever the device used, PC or mobile, viewing the files is possible thanks to the different available interfaces (Ajax, HTML and xHTML).

In addition, various pre-defined Ajax interface themes are available in several languages. Thus, adapting the interface to the wishes and colours of the service provider is easy on the basis of these themes, reducing the implementation costs.

The Ajax interfaces brings a very nice user experience thanks to :

• the Drag & Drop and Drag & Copy features : letting the user move or copy files from one folder to another folder or subfolder or even move folders and subfolders themselves.
• the contextual menus : giving access with a single click to a file's available actions.
• the possibility to open different tabs : allowing for a dynamic management where you can rapidly switch from one document to another.
• access to an on line image editor : letting the user enhance and/or modify in a funny way his on line photo Albums.

• The organization in folders / subfolders enabling the classification of files.
• A list or thumbnail display, very useful for image files.
• Sending a message from the documents space, directly including the attachments.
• The ability to store bookmarks, to access them even from another PC than your own.
• The transformation of the documents space in a network virtual disk. All file manipulations are then easy through the OS's file explorer.

Mobile interfaces access all existing features that are used in mobility. An integrated rendering engine automatically adjusts the display of image files according to the mobile phone's characteristics.
