Imagine a solution allowing for easy Emails' management wherever you are and whatever equipment you have. A solution which allows you to have a single access point to manage all your Emails, to receive alerts on your mobile phone.
You are responsible for the technical support of your company and as such you regularly go from your home to your office and you travel to several client sites. Early morning, before you leave home, you check your mail from your PC. You read them and answer a few. You climb into your car and you plug your mobile phone. If new messages arrive, you will be alerted of their arrival. At the gas station, you take time to consult your mobile phone. An hour later, you arrive at your customer's site. Once the mission is finished, you request access to a connected PC. The client offers the use of a free PC, not very efficient, but you treat your Emails through the streamlined interface of your webmail. At all times, you have an up-to-date state of all processed emails and your associated answers without any need to synchronize anything. |
